swampash
Was browsing through the free copy of Guitar afficianado on the iPad when I came across this Gibson ES-335 ad and I couldn't resist posting it.

DanvillRob
GREAT ad..... understated, but powerful! However, Dennis' "thumbs-up" made me spew coffee out my nose this morning!

Cruznolfart
No.... fortunately, I'm sitting at the kitchen table.... It pleases me that I can contribute to your enjoyment of breakfast. Gives me...I dunno, kind of a warm feeling.

I know what you mean...but in my case the "warm feeling" was actually hot coffee that came out my nose onto my sweatshirt!
MissouriPicker
Great ad, but I'd have put Roy and Chuck up at the top.

DanvillRob
Great ad, but I'd have put Roy and Chuck up at the top. I don't mind BB being on top...but I agree... Roy and Chuck should never be at the bottom of ANY list!

kaleb
Nice ad. Not too overkill either. And the mention of Lerxst and Lee (as in Alvin!) was nice as well. Those are two of the players that make my style what it is (along with EVH, Gary Moore, Hendrix, Blackmore, Yngwie to some extent, Lynch, Gilbert, SRV, the guys in Priest and Maiden, George Harrison, Pagey, Beck as in Jeff, Freddie King, and of course Ace The Spaceman from KISS as you all probably know.). If shred was a term back in 1969, Alvin would have been the top dog. The 335 was nice too....
