sparquelito Posted November 13, 2022 Share Posted November 13, 2022 I ended up with a Chinese fake Gibson Les Paul gold-top a couple years ago (later sold to a buddy who knew and accepted that it was fake, but loved the light weight of it). It came in a 'Gibson' case with raised letters on the top cover.Ā Very attractive, truth be told.Ā Black outside, blue interior. Paul Evans Posted November 20, 2022 Author Share Posted November 20, 2022 Hi,so sorry that I've not replied earlier when you were all being very helpful.The case is brown,the lining is black,my les paulĀ and SG both fit in there.The word Gibson stands proud of the rest of the case,ot looks great and I was just interestedĀ if anyone can tell me anything about it.I have tried several times to up load photos of it to the site but it won'tĀ let me.All I could think to do would be to put the item on Ebay and put the item number in this group,I think that would work? The standard Gibson case with the pink furry interior never did much for me. I bought it because I liked the look of it,it'sĀ a " bit" different,I fully intend on keeping it and having one of my Les Paul's in it I was just curiousĀ as to it'sĀ origins, but we seemed to have settled on cheap,Chinese import?
