But, on the occasion that alka-seltzer didn't work, a good workout ALWAYS got rid of it. The old guys always said-"You gotta sweat the poison out", and they are right. The maryjane will nub the pain and cool your stomach enough to get the smartwater and aspirin down. This should get you up enough to get some caffeine and a little something to eat.
