ksdaddy Posted January 6, 2010 Share Posted January 6, 2010 If you quantify your time at... oh let's say $20/hour and if you saved (or didn't save) $5 or $6 on the pots/caps, then you can allot yourself a maximum of 18 minutes fretting over it before it tips the scales over to an official waste of your time. I've had customer service reps tell me before. and I've also had them go ahead and give the price reduction. Why is it considered cheap when you want the most out of YOUR money?
