rocketman
Mine would have to be the lick from the interlude in The Trees. It's not a fast picking lick but it's in 5/4 time that took me a very long time to get down right. Listen here. So which one was the hardest for you? bobrollar
You Enjoy Myself - Phish Arpeggios like crazy, actually a simple riff, but getting the timing and notes hit just right is always so difficult.
Tman5293
For me, it's a tie. First solo by Slash in November Rain. Skip to about 3:40: And the solo at the beginning of Estranged:

pippy
A few phrases in Danny Kirwan's (Fleetwood Mac's) Jigsaw-puzzle Blues. The bits from; 0.27 - 0.30 0.53 - 0.55 1.01 - 1.04 It was driving me nuts trying to pick it up by ear as I only had it on vinyl and 'pause and replay' was impossible. Only a few seconds long, each of them, and actually simple once you know them, but for the first time in my life I had to download Tab. as I couldn't work out the exact note sequence/timing - especially the last section. I tried out three different fingering shapes before I found one that I preferred. The Tab. version I downloaded was notated by a Chimpanzee, I think. It was really crap. I also find Danny Kirwan's stuff less straightforward, musically, to follow than, say, Peter Green's work.

Rocky4
The repeating run to the beginning of the Black Dog solo. I know how to play it, but can only hit it on occasion.

saturn
Just because of the pure speed, probably Mediterranean Sundance by Al Dimeola.
heymisterk
Since I am more of an acoustic player, the alternating rhythm fingerstyle picking was the toughest. Think "Dust in the Wind" as an example: easy song to play half-***; very tough to play correctly.
