BT Bob
Yes - she's a very talented lady. This is a great piece - she's using an Akai Headrush to do the looping. http://m.youtube.com/index?desktop_uri=%2F&gl=GB#/watch?v=HYEU91d8ngc

EuroAussie
Yeah, I love that funky but still rocky strumming, starting to work on this style more my self. Not so easy as the accents vary, cute as pie also ... not the strumming pattern :-)
vincentw
cool. I think the capo on higher frets helps with the tone she gets on her strums. this style is very Atlanta, GA circa 1993...Indigo Girls, Kristian Bush (Sugarland), etc. KT does it well. TommyK
I love her too. Saw her first on "Leno". Played Red Horse and an Old Oak Tree... or something like that. Cool rhythm She played it on a H'Bird.

Is this the same loop device you're talking about, BT? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n0WV9_iUErY Yep, that's the one... Lovely toy. It also has an excellent echo effect, very like the old Echoplex machines... http://www.akaipro.com/e2headrush
vincentw
Yeah she works the looping stuff well. Her voice in that 2nd video sounds tired.
