I would like to get the red dunlop fuzz face also and compare it with the jimi hendrix fuzzface model. What are the major difference in tone/sound? They are only $20.00 difference. The red Fuzz Faces use Ge tranies, but they are either not matched or just bad because those pedals are muddy and unmusical. The Hendrix Fuzz Face is Si and uses the famous and very musical BC-108 tranies. Usually more of a Ge guy, but a BC-108 Si fuzz is something I would buy. I wanna hear that Fuzz Factory especially. Bummer. I was hoping to make one and figure out some cool non-wakka wakka type sounds. I guess I'll pass and stick to manual wah action haha. I'm not familiar with the Mutron but I bet it's sweet. By the way, you had a Devi Shoegazer and the one that you built right? Did they sound the same?
