Hoopsnake1 Posted June 12, 2012 Share Posted June 12, 2012 I've only owned Fenders for 25+ years and finally decided to seriously consider a Gibson after getting a Marshall JVM 410 a few months ago. I had tried a few LP's and SG's but none of them ever really jumped out at me. I ran across an add on CL for an ES-359 for under 2k and decided to go check it out. Within minutes I was taking it home! It had some issues staying in tune, but I knew those are typically pretty easy fixes. After making a few adjustments on the nut slots and tightening the tuners, it plays and sounds great.
