  1. Oh is a 355. I saw it as 335. 355's are killer to. I thought 355's had Varitones on them?
  2. I used Google translate so I hope what I wrote translated correctly.
  3. Even pre-covid a real '59 335 was way more than what they are asking by many thousands of dollars.
  4. I've seen Jason Isbell several times and there is a song where the keyboardist plays the Squeeze Box on a song called Codeine. Looks like Jason is playing his sig model D-18. I wanted one till I saw the price, so it was a standard D-18 for me. HIs last album was awful. I listened to Miles Davis - In A Silent Way the other night.
  5. For me its The White Album. Revolver is great but not my fav.
  6. It was a single but Rain at actual speed seems like the lad were all pepped up. Rain (Take 5) Actual Speed is lightning fast.
  7. 1 2 3 4 Cough 1 2. I've heard that since I got the album, but if there is one buried, I can't hear it.
  8. If China can copy Gibsons, I'm sure an experianced luthier can too. It could be a one off. Does it have Gibson pots or pickups? That is pretty easy and non invasive (when you change strings) to find out. The pot are easy they are just under the cover.
  9. The only neck through guitar and the basses must be too, that Gibson makes is the Firebird that I am aware of. Gibson is fond of bird themed guitars.
  10. Wait so your not using your $500 guitar to record with and your using something else. That's false advertising.
  11. Who does the cough when you guys play it? To me it sounds like George did the count in.
  12. Well that is evident (about the pups) and classy (if he did use Jacksons while promoting and being paid by Dean and ESP).
  13. Is it kind of a slap in the face to have Gibson make you a sig model guitar and not even use their pickups? I guess when you are selling them for 7k a pop, probably not?
  14. 4 dudes who can't read or write down music did all that great music, with the help of Yoko of course and a little bit George Martin.
  15. The Beatles sometimes used tons of chords in songs.
  16. I lived there and they basically love American stuff and can afford it.
  17. I just looked at their website and there are 6 people in the band. I know for certain who the drummer, singer, bassist and one guitarist is, so that leaves two left. So my guess is yes they are Lynyrd Skynyrd with 3 axeman.
  18. Lets change that statement to they will sell all of them to . . . yes the rich collectors.
  19. I have said it before, when they were together, they lead and everyone else followed.
  20. 6.9k? Laughable. Gibson nuts will swallow any bitter pill given to them. I know if you can’t afford a 7k guitar too bad for you and go buy an Epi instead.
  21. Alex Lifeson played one on the first time I saw Rush on the Moving Pictures Tour.
  22. Better get it fast its in someones cart. Hope you want to spend 4k for it? https://reverb.com/item/60993877-gibson-howard-roberts-fusion-in-ebony-1988
