Well I finally purchased my first bass guitar. After more than thirty years playing my six string brethen, it was time to add some bottom end. Being a Rush fan, I had always enjoyed the sound and look of a Rickenbacker. So I came accross this beauty and took her home.

Here are a few quick pictures, I will take a few more tomorrow.

Yeah, I will take a few more pics tomorrow. For now I am using my Kemper as my bass amp, but will start looking for a small combo. Looking at the Mark Bass 2x10 combo, or maybe a Sans Amp Rack with power amp and 210 and 1x15. No real rush to get a bass amp as the bass is more for recording and ideas.

I updated my first post with a few more pictures, included my ES-330 for a little Gibson content.

I am really impressed with the Ricky and the sustain it has. Even unplugged she sounds amazing.
