Digger
Well I had a big brekky out yesterday, couple of poached eggs on toast, 2 sausages, heaps of bacon, mushrooms and a hash brown! Â Then lunch out, a BLT toasted and a milk shake. Â Teatime I was too full to have a proper meal so I had a bunch of grapes 2 x toasted Hot Crossed Buns and a handful of M&M's. jdgm
This evening; grilled gammon steak with mustard, relish, salad (lots of parsley and cucumber) and much beetroot. Followed by cheese and/or pate on seeded biscuits then a square of 81% cocoa Ecuador dark chocolate. All with a bottle of Chilean Sauvignon Blanc I was given. A wonderful banquet after a good days work.

jdgm
So the square if choccie was 1mX1m? Perhaps just 12" X12"? No just 1" which is like a strong cup of cocoa - it lingers. I only buy dark 'plain' choc now and this is intense stuff but not bitter. Â Dinner tonight another sumptuous home-cooked meal after a days hard work in my garden. Drank 1 x bottle White Zinfandel while preparing. Was thirsty. Roast chicken, spuds and parsnips with carrots, cabbage and mustard gravy (as ever). After later - 1 x cold beer. That's enough! Digger
We had sausages because that's what we felt like, and some left over baked potatoes sliced and refried and a lovely golden egg with runny yolk and of course need I mention, tomato sauce! Â Then a piece of bread & butter to mop up the yolk. Yummo! Â Not quite health food but certainly what we felt like.

Digger
We both had a huge day yesterday setting up a major Easter art show! Gael didn't get home until 6.30 and was almost too tired to talk so I knocked out steak eggs & chips which wasn't too shabby either.

Digger
A few nibbles at an art show opening last night was all I managed and not unexpectedly this morning my blood sugar is quite low, well was quite low until I scoffed 4 or 5 jelly beans. Not quite what I usually have for breakfast~
