surfpup
I'm always saying players need to think about vibrato more and speed less... Mike Campbell says it much better than I do though...

capmaster
This is the main reason why I avoid open strings for longer-lasting single notes.
Retired
When I 1st started to learn string bends and such I thought, this looks easy but then wondered if I'd ever get it. It took lots and lots of practice. I can't play fast like others and don't care.
Tman
I really liked what he had to say about short solos and completely agree. And also what he he said about Hendrix "I never like analyzed it, but I like worked on it." Vibrato. Love it. Vibrato is key.

Karloff
Only thing harder than learning how to play fast is learning how to play slow.
Pinch
I always say, the key to good vibrato is listening to, and loving, a LOT of music and albums. Vibrato is ultimately about rhythm and a second-nature feel for rhythm that comes from listening to fecesloads of albums. And in my experience, once you start thinking about it, forget it.
