Looks like a reprise of the 'All Things Must Pass' LP cover, with all the garden gnomes. Apparently George loved to garden - I remember watching some doc or other where Keith Richards said that his nickname for Harrison was 'Farmer George'. It is smaller than an LG-1, and if you Google "Gibson LG-1 3/4" you'll see plenty of photos and videos of guitars that look just like it. E-minor7
Could it be similar to what we see good Martin Barre show us early in this film. .

Guth
This is the guitar that was originally to be released as the Gnome Signature Model. However it seems that there were numerous creative differences with the garden gnome along with some very unreasonable demands around model dimensions that prevented the project from reaching fruition. Gibson moved forward with the project  on their own. The LG-1 1 3/4 is representative of the compromise that Gibson came up with. The rest as they say is history (unlike the rest of my post). A move that softened things up at Friar Park and seemed to work out to the very end, sweet lords bless his gentle soul. .
