And buying a used gun from a private party in most states is not regulated in any way. There are already plenty of laws covering that in every state. I will try and edit the survey's questions for the future, but the fact is that I really should've known better...and with all of these responses having already been submitted, I'm not sure what good it will really do. I was a tad lengthy on some of my answers, but I'm one of those Conservatives who feel that the Constitution was written by brilliant men who made themselves very clear on what our rights were. The more honest the better--I'm not sure which ones were yours, and being that this is an anonymous survey, I don't care to know.
