Hi

I bought about ten years ago a green casino; and i don't see anywhere another one. I tought maybe you guys had seen one somwhere? I'm still happy with it, i had juste the nut replace with bone.

But I feel quite lonely not finding any on the internet.

So... if you don't, what do you think of it?

( Sorry for my English)

I think that back in the 90's, the casinos came in some pretty wild colors. If you look it up on Wikipedia, this pic they show is of a turquoise one. When I bought my Sheraton back in the 90's, I picked it over the Casino partly due to wanting the fancier model, and partly due to the kind of new-wave-y colors the Casinos came in at the store I visited.

Who knew that years later I'd sell the Sherry to pay for a Casino? (Vintage Sunburst Ltd. Ed.)

This one's on Ebay right now. It's a '97 Peerless model. Starting bid: $625. Not a real bargain if you ask me.

I saw a metallic blue on eBay earlier today - not the turquoise, but a deep royal blue.

When I was looking for a Casino, I wanted cherry (and was willing to buy a sunburst or natural if the price was right), but I would have bought the turquoise over it if I had the chance.

hi

thank you for your replies

yes it has metallic flakes but not as big flakes as the metallic gold flake or silver fake. (nor the blue flake i've seen on eby one day)

It is very eye catchy, add the vibratone... no one see my gibson les paul, the casino get all the attention.

Thanks for your comments. I'm surprised that that green metallic flake did not had bigger succes in that time. The turquoise did.
