TWANG Posted January 20, 2009 Share Posted January 20, 2009 a just for fun one, but I'll supply some kinda prize.. we have guard off/guard on discussions in here quite often.. so post your pics of your guitar set up the way you like it best.. hmm.. how can we vote.. I see those vote things up there, but how would we set that up? and what would we be voting for exactly.. I think first.. best guard off.. then best guards on.. say three each of these.. then a final competition. is it doable. would they all have to be pauls or casinos, etc? would egos get involved and fistfights break out? would gibson owners be sad because it's only for epis? course you have to have a pic.. maybe this idea sucks.. ? I'm in if we are talking Epiphones or Gibsons - ya know since they are sister companies. 2nd. If you want to do prizes thats ok, but not needed personally. nice touch though. 3rd. My suggestion is after a list is made of who will compete you (since it was your idea) randomly draw 2 names and put them up for voting in a poll. They have to post their pics within a reasonable amount of time or they are automatically disqualified. One last thing, whoever gave themselves the name "twangbanger" this could be the beginning of a bad joke - not to high jack this thread and all but I'm just saying.
