LarryUK
I've seen it here before. But what do you use to feed your fretboard? Could you use wax? I seem to remember using teak oil years ago. What is in 'Fast Fret'?
badbluesplayer
Lemon oil is good. Teak oil is great but it smells for a couple of months. Most of the stuff that's made specifically for guitars is lemon oil or lemon oil with some other stuff in there. I got a big bottle of lemon oil for like $5.00. Deacon Blue
lemon oil is great, I have used linseed oil for years, also a bit smelly but works like a charm.

Been using it for years. Just NOT the cheep stuff. Some of it like furniture dusting types have silicon in them. A big time NO NO for guitars. Once on the guitar, it is there forever. Willy There is a short thread in place already, combination of discussion and pics. It's in the Epiphone Lounge "Do-it-Yourself" Sticky (near the TOP of page), Guitar Projects Section, Fretboard Care SUB-Section. Direct Link: "CLEAN/OIL FRETBOARD and POLISH YOUR FRETS!!!" Riverside
I like mineral oil. Cheap, won't spoil, won't dissolve glue and stuff.
Andy R
I prefer Ranch or maybe Creamy Italian!
