WahKeen
When I bought my Faded Vintage Mahogany Studio in 2007 from GC, it came with a Gibson hard case. Now, online they come with a gig bag. Hmmm.......
TommyK
Who or what music store would buy a 'Truck load of guitar cases'? Something is rotten in Denmark ... I mean Nashville.

Lungimsam
In this day and age it seems we are getting gouged on all fronts. Maybe we outta gouge back by refusing to pay top dollar for what used to come with a case.
Riffster
It makes me wonder of all of the cases from all brands that are kept by music store employees, I am sure it is not their employers policy but who's watching? one of those things that only the final consumer can adress, gotta do your research before buying or your case is going to end up in a "truck load". I bet a lot of these dihonest employees that don't give you the case "read you" when you are at the store and determine if they can get away with swindleing you out of a case. See, in that case Gibson stopped offering the case but they reduced the price on LPVMs. I have a 2005 and it came with a case but it also cost me $100 more then they cost now, I would gladly pay $100 for a Gibson HSC when I buy a guitar.
