daveinspain
I have seen Pat live a couple times and it's always an experience. I guess he got fed up with having to deal with other musicians, egos and having to depend on other people... might get kinda lonely though, just sayin'.... 57classic
I saw him a couple of times in the 80's. With his band he was really good. When I saw him with Sonny Rollins the show was really fantastic. Pat was super motivated to play with Sonny. He had that Roland rig and there were times during the show that you couldn't tell if Pat or Sonny was playing. Andy R
The perfect band! No arguing about songs, showing up late, not learning their parts, running up the bar tab, girlfriends and wives! And he get's all the chicks! You might be witnessing my next build!
