LT ED
QC isn,t the issue . You can see were they have cut corners. You can bet your life that the components will be cheap as well. Its the loss of history and heritage that really bothers me.
AXE®
I tried to link some close up pictures of some of the components. But this site won't let me.

Hmm.. even im not that good :P but i was just watching the second part of that vid.. (and theres a bit in the first vid about their wiring and where they get it from) and theres a REALLY cool bit at about 20:23 where you see all of the models in one room.. Id like to spend a few days in there :)
Ryan H
You can order them from L.A. Music here in Ontario. I wouldn't personally, I've worked there and they're as sleazey as it gets.
tazzboy
The design and QC is done at Marshall in UK. The Build is done in Vietnam.

bluesguitar65
Beautiful....I would love to some day visit and take a Marshall Factory tour. I've done the Fender Factory tour already. Marshall and Gibson is pretty much the standard rock tone. Can't go wrong with that combo indeed.
RaysEpiphone
I got an MG amp once and it was the last time too as it started screwing up not long after I got it.
AXE®
When the latest MGs came out I got one. Power button would NOT stay engaged. The effects would not write. And the pedal wouldn't work. So I took it back and got one straight out of the unopened box Guess what? Same damn thing!

So I took it back and got one straight out of the unopened box Guess what? Same damn thing! Thats a shame to hear that.. I have a little MG15fx 45 watter that ive had for over ten years now and its always worked perfectly and still does (cost me £90 brand new).. It has some ever so slight crackel on the volume knob (which is normal for amps that age).. But apart from that is still awesome :)
