  1. A and D. Without the context to jog my memory, maybe D. Without the cab in the pic and without the context, none.
  2. Angus Young is a teetotaller. Since always. Then again, Bon wasn't.
  3. I love Saturday mornings. You sleep in, have brunch, then a nap.
  4. It all depends on the case. And whether or not the case candy is in it.
  5. UFC 4 on PlayStation. Every user review online says it's crap, but then the gaming community is a bunch of anemic virgins with unhealthy anime interests, so it figures they would say that. I found the ground game very confusing and the learning curve for that appears to be vertical rather than steep. Otherwise, I like it. It's a bit "arcade-y" but not in a bad way. More of a fighting game than an MMA sim (like UFC 3), but I like it for what it is so far. That's my weekend sorted.
  6. I watched a little of the, um, debate. Car-crash entertainment. Played video games. Wish I liked them better, like when I was a kid. But fun on occasion.
  7. I WAS going to watch election footage but as usual, a bunch of stuff came up. Maybe tomorrow.
  8. To offer my condolences to his loved ones. But I get what you mean. Damn, not many rock stars left.
  9. Zero interest in VH (could never get past a single video, they all looked like Special Ed (no pun intended) Teletubbies on laughing gas), but sad for his loved ones.
  10. Maybe you want to use different gauges? I use Big Bends, and I've gone from 46 to 5..6? and back with no issues. Not sure but I think the nut sauce helped. I make that assumption based on very little, but still. Protective coating or something.
  11. I usually leave one or two strings on to keep the stopbar in place. No need to adjust the truss rod for a half hour or so with no strings on, according to a luthier round here who I really trust. Nothing's gonna explode and your house won't catch fire.
  12. I actually find Floyds easier. Half the time I string a Les Paul, I tie the G string to the B string, or something...
  13. I've tried all of the above. The results are about the same. YMMV.
  14. My hangovers last for days at this age... It's soda and milk for me these days.
  15. Looks like she's in junior high. Come back in 20 years. The dog's funny, though.
  16. They made 400 Vs. I would think they made 400 Explorers.
  17. Nigel Tufnel. And I'm still a Slash fanboy.
  18. Finished Rob Halford's autobiography. Not too shabby. Seems like a nice bloke.
  19. Perpendicular to the defroster, I'll wager.
  20. One has Probuckers 1 & 2, the other has 3 & 4. Haven't tried the 1+2s, but the latter are nice IMO. 50s necks are a no-no for me, but that's me. YMMV.
  21. That's because a true dead spot has nothing to do with frets. When a note resonates at the same frequency as the neck, the energy of the string is sucked up by the neck's vibration. The note doesn't sustain. If you detune or tune up a guitar with a true dead spot, it moves with the tuning. It can be severe or less severe (and bother you to varying degrees). Plek-ing won't do a thing.
  22. Ah, new guitar turmoil. We all go a little mad sometimes, as the saying goes 😄
  23. I've stopped complaining about Windows, since it always ends with someone wanting to explain Linux to me. I've never seen Game of Thrones, I'm not gonna listen to people explaining Linux to me.
