insomnia? :-k

Insomnia is not being able to sleep at night. You can still rest by staying in bed anyway.

But you would remember not being able to sleep.


Are you sure you're not suffering from sleep apnea?

That's when you think you've slept, but are still tired because of breathing interuptions.

People fall asleep at the wheel and die in the daytime because of sleep apnea at night.


Blood sugar levels can cause things that are almost like narcolepsy, a period after eating.

Maybe a blood sugar test would be helpful.

A bottle of jack danields every morning before school...


Will not solve the problem' date=' but at least you'll know everything is just a dream.





And in a couple of years you'll be spitting up blood and not worrying anymore that you have a sleeping problem.
