E-minor7
Graham Nash, originally an Epiphone Texan player, nowadays has a handful of Gibsons. I've seen him with a plain J-45 a J-50 a firestripe guard J-45 Custom a J-185 a guardless mini-jumbo http://helmut-harnis...07/DSCN3100.jpg and this But what are the two last ones ? Dave F
Just guessing, the one looks like a special J200 with the pre war look. The other one looks like a sunburst J180 with no pick guards.
Smurfbird
If that's a J-180, I need to find one with the right-sized nut for me. Beauty!

Cougar
They are : j 165 sunburst(100% certain).... You mean a "compact jumbo" CJ-165? Apparently it's a newer one since the fretboard's not ebony.
Cougar
Oh, I see in this old thread there's quite some confusion between the CJ-165 and the J-165. I'm not sure if there's a definitive answer there....

It was sunburst from birth. Wonder if it's still alive. Probably is. . Good shot btw. - already have it the archieve ;-)
zombywoof
Who cares about the gibs when he had that sweet sweet texan Hate to say it but who cares what guitars Nash plays/played period. Love the photo though. Only thing he forgot to place in the shot to make it perfect was a hookah.

Aaaahh, come on, first Don, now Nash, , , are you scared of the softer side of the dice, zomb. Nash has been behind some incredible music over the years. As writer and of course as a harmony-singer. He does have some real pretty ballads though. But there is a difference between soft and milk-toast maudlin Point is what does it matter what guitar Nash plays. Case plays Martins and Taylors. Would not make a bit of difference to me if he played a Gibson. If you have not given Case a listen here is a taste. I think this song is just plain beautiful. You might remember Case from the 1980s as the singer in the Plimsouls (of "A Million Miles Away" fame).

cunningham26
I think it's one of those zen gardens with the little rake and the rocks. Though looks like from the amount of grass, his could use a mow!

E-minor7
I thought this was gonna be about Gram Parsons. Imagined some spectators would get a little surpise, but deliberately didn't write 'not Parson' as a sub-title. He btw. was an Epiphone player too - but the square kind. And is seen with a Dove on a heap of early 70's rocks.
zombywoof
Hey what's that stuff in the square frame looking thing? That was part of my earlier quip. Somebody seems to have spent some time staging that photo.
