Cooler again!

Just 20C here today or 70F approx.

70% chance of rain also.

Still sleeping with only a sheet (if that) and have been for 6 months now. Eating outside at night 5/7 nights but that will drop off soon as the nights cool and daylight savings ends.

Well currently as I sit in my chair, it is pouring cats and dogs outside. Sounds like a flood out there. Thunder and lightening. Glad Sundance is asleep and went potty before. Don't think I'd like to go out and hold his umbrella over him Lol. But today was gorgeous and sunny at 77F for high.

Bloke sees an opportunity to make a killing on second hand auto parts so he charters a freight plane a flies to China to do a deal. Loads the plane up and flying back across the Australian outback, the left engine on the plane coughs and shuts down!! Co-Pilot says "This is serious we have to lighten the plane or we're going down!"

Bloke chucks half his boxes of spare parts out the door and plane stops struggling.

Meanwhile in Bandiwallop on the fringes of the desert there is a tremendous racket as auto parts come crashing down around Ma & Pa's house!

"Pa, what's that awful racket says Ma?"

"

Pa goes out to have a look and comes in to say "It's alright Ma, it's raining Datsun Cogs!"

msp_flapper.gifmsp_flapper.gifLol I feel like crap Rob. Left hand has been throbbing, can't brush it alongside material or do much the last couple of days. Caught Broncitus, so tired from the med's. Coughing. Couldn't play one chord without pain so tried a lead part and surprised I could do that without it hurting too bad. Think it's partly due to all these pollens in the air as spring nears and temperature change. Today my hand felt so much better. I can play chords today again. But you ever felt like just going to bed and sleep? Yea, that raining cats and dogs is a U.S. Expression for when if really pours down. You should use its raining Iguanas and snakes! Lol

Sorry to hear you are crook mate, should I ring the glue factory for you?

If that bronchitis moves to your chest you'd better get anti-biotics or it might turn to pneumonia.

Take it easy won't you?

Thanks buddy, I did what I said, slept all day till 4ish. It's in the chest but I'm taking that Musinex to bust it up in my lungs. I can tell it's finally working As I'm coughing that crap out. How is your mom doing? Any report?

Thanks for asking Rtd.

Gael rang me this morning while Mum was having her first session today, she has two a day for 2 days. Small doses in consideration of her age.

Specialist is very happy with her and it looks like the last treatment has only just kicked in as she's better than she was10 days ago. This treatment should hit in a few weeks and we are all hoping for a slight improvement yet again. Two more treatments tomorrow and they should be home for tea tomorrow night.

Glad that muck is moving for you and sleep is exactly the treatment you need ATM.

RE: South Dakota Black Hills...

Hmmmm..... I look at 'em every day. Technically I'm there.

Jealous! The Black Hills is our favorite place to go. We thought about getting a cabin up there once. We love hiking up to Harney Peak from Sylvan Lake when we go.

Got drenched about 3 times, that's it, I'm inside for the rest of the day now!

Sounds like on the other thread it was quite an adventure with the rain and winds. Yes, and I went to the Doc today but he didn't give me anything except a bill! Lol. Just told me to do what I was doing and keep doing it. msp_flapper.gif

It was nice here in the 70's with a breeze. Tried playing the guitar today and my hand finally feels so much better. Glad of that.

Winter has arrived here early!

Bloody atrocious here yesterday, 100KPH winds and driving rain. My driveway is washed out in a few places and I reckon there will be trees down. I guess if I see neighbours cattle in my place I'll know there's a tree across a fence...Grin.

Currently just 11C (52F) with a maximum of 19C (68F) and showers.

The good news is that it's Saturday morning and that's when we have egg & bacon rolls for brekkie!!

It was a wintery day here yesterday and I had to wear extra clothes to stay warm. I even considered turning on some heat at one stage as I had the shivers!

Today is expected to reach 20C or 70F approx. and there is a high chance of further showers.
