Six or eight thousand years ago Ian Tyson did one called "take care of business."

 

Actually had two completely different rhythms and everything. That was when there was a lot of experimentation into country/folk/rock combination.

"Hotel California" is my favorite. The double leads at the end is still a challenge for our band. Friday we nailed it, but other times it just gets to muddy with both of the leads. I've even considered making it a single guitar solo, but that would be admitting failure. Not ready to do that just yet.

actually, they're part of a medley starting with "mean mr. mustard" and ending with, of course, "the end".
