dem00n
The Dunlop Ultex Sharp .90 MM. I love it...i cant play just as fast on any other pick and i love how strong they are.
DAS44
Personally I use these. They're very pricey but I love the feel, and it warms the tone up slightly. Now normal run of the mill picks seem way to small. These things are effin massive.
RichCI
I use these. A lot of them. But, I like the way they sound and feel and they're cheap to buy by the gross.

Shnate McDuanus
I use Dunlop Gator Grip .71s, but I've been using the fingers more often lately. The transition has been much easier than I thought it would be.
RichCI
Those picks look well used! I go through around five or six a three hour band rehearsal, some last longer than others depending on the song. I've tried other picks while looking for something more durable (including tortex) but I've never found anything else that feels quite like the regular celluloid ones. Oh well, they're cheap and if they got lost it's no big deal.

swleary
I've used these forever. I've tried to find other picks but just can't find one that feels right.
RobG
Was using the red Jazz III's for awhile. Liked them until I tried the Ultex Jazz III's...like them more. Easier for me to grip. Rob
DanvillRob
I know I'm a weirdo, (about a LOT of things!), but I use these...and have ALWAYS used them, (so you know I'm not a "shredder"!!).
ChanMan
For many years, I used to use Hot Licks copper picks , but had to change when I got the Les Paul because they just didn't sound that good. Now I use a variety of picks, mostly medium and tortex (or ultex). For acoustics, I am still a Fender thin kinda guy
DWP37
http://accessories.musiciansfriend.com/product/Snarling-Dogs-Tin-Box-Brain-Picks?sku=110010 I've used these for about a year now and recommend them. They're really gritty all over and I never drop them like most picks.
