swleary
Vox Ad50vt, ahh I remember those. I had a Ad100vt when they first cameout. Now I just have a little Vt30 and compared to the old ad100vt I had, day and night. Great little amp. 85 Ibs, ouch might be a little too heavy for me. Darn it
bluzhammer
Killer amp and cab. Love that it only has two knobs. That should be all you ever need. Thanks a ton, the whole thing was a self build project. It was truly a labor of love, as much as I obsessed over the circuitry and chasis layout, the cabinet design was even more tormenting. It was he## trying to capture that old style vintage look. I'm thrilled you like my offering.

bluzhammer
What kind of speaker(s) you have in that beauty? It's a single Jensen 15". I kept the whole project as close to OEM as possible, although I did design the baffle to be interchangeable for different speaker sizes.
Thermionik
. . Thanks XDemonknight - 6G6-A from '62 - some 70's rock & roller re-tolexed her in black (it's what we did to look cool back then) 'cause she should be cream, but hey - you can't hear the naugahyde man..... . . surfpup
Bassman Man, I've owned a couple of those Bassman heads. I can still feel my pants legs moving! Good stuff but you gotta play 'em loud. Mine were blackface - that one looks like it used to be blonde. 1964? EDIT -- oops didn't read thoroughly before posting, sorry.

ssgfowler
Heres my humble rig... The Valve jr 1 x 12" cab and the amps 10" speaker work just right for what I want. Next I gotta get a pedalboard to clean up the cluster of cables and pedals on the floor.
Dub-T-123
Oh man... The 5:25 Express is an awesome amp. I played one and it blew me away. That thing covers a lot of ground with amazing tone all the way through.
