Elitist discussion and pics!!

The closest thing to an "Elitist" that I own, is my "Assembled in USA" Sheraton II, below:

I changed the tuner "buttons" (only), to the "Stairstep" version, just because I liked how

they looked, on the "Elitist!" The only real difference, in the two, is the Nitro finish, and

slightly different headstock outline/dimension, on the ASIUSA version...which is faithful to

the original "Kalamazoo" version(s). The "Elitist" version is Great, though, for sure!

I only have these pics hosted, so the Elitists are mixed up with some others, but here they are. My Elitist Byrdland and Broadway are the first two on the left on the floor.

In this picture, the top three guitars are an Elitist Casino, Elitist Lennon Revolution Casino, and Elitist Lennon '65 Casino. An Elitist Dot is the second guitar from the right on the bottom row.

In this picture is an Elitist SG, Elitist Les Paul Standard Vintage Sunburst, and Elitist Les Paul Standard in Honeyburst.

Finally, some Elitist acoustics. On the top row on the right is an Elitist J200. In the center of the middle row are two Elitist McCartney Texans and an Elitist Texan.

I'm in!

Here's my Elitist LP Studio.

I added the "Slash" cosmetics.

This is one incredible guitar.

The Elitist studios were basically forgotten compared to the rest of the line and the stock all black cosmetics didn't help that. I have only seen one other Elitist LP Studio in VS finish. All the rest I've seen have been black with black cosmetics.

Charlie' date=' the closest thing you have to an Elitist is the MIJ Epiphone SG with lacquer finish![/quote']

Yeah, that's true, I guess? But, then...you have one of those, also...that we never seem to See?!...LOL ;>)

Mine: (2006 MIJ '61 SG Standard)...made in "Elitist" factory, with "Nitro" finish

When the dogs die, I'll bring my guitars downstairs as it will then be safe. If it's overcast tomorrow, I'll try some outdoors shots of it. Truth be told, since I've seen your official guitar-resting chair, everything else looks drab.

Yeah' date=' what do you and Red DO, for a "Living," Svet?! LOL! (Just kidding...it's none of my/our business!)

But, you've both got mighty impressive collections, going. Good Show!

Umm...you should talk! You have a fine, FINE collection of sweet axes, CB.

Thanks, Red...."one of these days," I'll have to get a "group" shot done, like you guys have.

I REALLY need to play them ALL, more! But, when you play (out) mostly in Bars, and small

clubs, you have a tendency (at least, I do) to use/play what's not too expensive/risky, to replace...and,

still sounds great! So...those, get played, the most. ;>b
