Jeff-7
I liked the Dookie album, not the biggest fan but he's made a lot of money doing what he does. Wish I could be that successful with music.

ChanMan
... but the Grimmeys are a joke. Why? Is it because Jethro Tull won for best Metal Band?? ;)
Californiaman
Not a big fan. He's paid his dues. Somebody thinks he deserves it. "Yes," the Grammy Awards are a joke. Although there have been some memorable and even notorious performances. I admit I no longer watch as I used to.
NeoConMan
Is it because Jethro Tull won for best Metal Band?? If you get a chance, check out Jackyl's ode - "Thanks for the Grammy." Pretty good. Of course, I'm a big Jackyl fan - especially their early stuff.
ChanMan
Dude I met their lead singer outside Moscow's in Nashville. You'll never meet a more humble frontman, imho. Didn't mind hanging out and talking with me for as long as I wanted. Yes, I told him if he ever needed a rhythm player..... /chuckle And any band who can work a chainsaw into their tune..... NeoConMan
Yeah, I've met them a few times. Talked to the guitar player for about 90 minutes one night - Worley is his last name. Wait, drummer too I think. Brothers if I recall. Yeah, talking guitars, guns, motors. This is when the other guitar player (Stiff) was still in the band. Helluva live show!!! ChanMan
Diabetic on metformin. Rarely drink anything harder than beer, wine or mead, and not a bunch of that. My Knight brewed a Baltic Porter (2nd place overall at the National Brewmaster's Competition) that was like 8 or 9% abv. I drank about 2/3 of a glass and could still feel it the next morning. It's just a thing :)
