Hello all, just wanted to say high and show off my new toy. I have been wanting to learn to play guitar for years and finally my loving wife told me to shut up and buy one. I picked up a Epi Les Paul Traditional Pro. I have been playing about two weeks know. I apologize ahead of time for all the noob questions I will come up with in the coming days/weeks.

I'm fairly new here myself and I feel that I can tell you there is no need to apologize for asking any questions. These are some great people with a lot of knowledge they're very willing to share. Stick around and there is a lot to learn even without asking.

Congrats on the new LP, it's a nice one.

Hey, whasaaaaap? Welcome to the Forum, you will find there's a considerable number of individuals here that are quite knowledgeable in the area of Epiphone guitars, and guitars in general. As a result of this, you can probably find out just about anything at all about your Epiphone guitar, or guitar in general, and as they say, knowledge IS power. Forewarned is forearmed, uh...and stuff and junk. Anyway, WELCOME ABOARD!!! Wait, I already said that, didn't I?

Yes, welcome, to both Moe and fretter. You'll find this is the friendliest guitar forum on the web. Maybe even the friendliest, period. Lots of info, a little fun and plenty of guitar porn. I'm going to start each of you off with a plus, as my welcoming gift. You'll have to earn the rest. [biggrin]
