surfpup
That's right... New Bass Amp Day! Ampeg PF350 head.... This class D tech is crazy - 350 watts from a 6 pound head! Nuts. Got the little 2-10 cab meant for the mini SVT head to go with it. Can add another 2-10 cab if needed for bigger live sound, but since I don't play bass that much this should suffice. Small, portable, beefy and sounds great with my old Carvin LB50.

tx-ogre
Congrats. A couple of years back when I was playing bass in a band, I bought a PF800 head and matching PF115HE cab. I've really liked it, especially being able to mount the head to the lid for storage/transport.. I can only imagine what it would sound like to run either a 210 or 410 cab along with the 115. Dub-T-123
Love those knobs. They look like an obese version of the ones I've been using on larger pedal builds lately. I'm not a bass expert, but I haven't met an Ampeg that I didn't like. They seem to do solid state well. 350W and 6lbs?? That's just ridiculous What's the story on that little Epiphone amp? surfpup
What's the story on that little Epiphone amp? Don't know what you are talking about. I certainly don't see any old, obscure, and amazing sounding Epiphone amp.

I just picked up a lightweight little Traynor SB-115 combo. I looked at these Ampegs but I just couldn't afford the extra coin. Nice score Surf. Drog
Nice! Easy to carry setup, you could always add a "15 cab for more bottom on larger gigs.
deeman
That amp rules. I think it would look funny atop an 8x10 cab.

Yeah, I was thinking another identical 2-10 - but the 1-15 has merit in the low end for sure.
