Okay. When you look at the picture you posted. Of the bridge. Look at the edge just below the flat surface of the bridge. To me it looks either like a pencil line or de lamination. Good you got a new saddle.

This is the New NG you just bought? Where did you get it from? If it is the NG. I see more issues than just a saddle. Contact the dealer or Gibson.

Check the neck angle.

The rear part of the bridge too. That will be a concern for sure Looks like its separating .

I agree with all the above. J200s set up properly should not be any different . Gibson seems to set these higher than what they should be. A little trim here and there. Will make a big difference. .
