Just got my faded back from gettin' the pups changed.

Seymour Duncan Alnico II Pro in the neck and Seymour Duncan Pearly Gates in the bridge.

Jeez, it came to life after that! I'm a happy camper!

Crappy picture, but you'll get the idea.

Hi Guys,

New to the forum, and have just sent payment for a new Tobacco Faded with a 50's neck...

Should be here in about 10 days!

They look awesome. Do you know if the pickguard comes in the case, or isn't it on the faded models?

Cheers,

Stuart

Thanks Luap.

All I need now is patience.

Don't want to play my Epiphone copy any more...

You won't be disappointed with you new guitar! You can get great tones from the pickups, really.

Hey Luap' date='I noticed you've put on finger shredders. You sure have you're bridge pup up high too!Not choking any strings is it?

Niiice mate![/quote']

Thanks Lowdown. I also thought the bridge pickup was a bit high, but I got it that way. I don't have any problems with it!
