jaxson50
https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/1658031041211213/ I ran across this on FB or Meta marketplace aka, ripoff central, serial number should be from around 1996, but I can't find anything like it on Reverb or on Fender websites. I'm thinking someone put a after market neck on a Tele body and faked the serial number.
Twang Gang
If you read the description is does not say that it is a Fender guitar. It says it's a "Tele Style" and it clearly states that: "It has fake serials that were added to finish the fender theme but were put on amazingly well." So a hand built or kit built guitar and not presented as a true Fender at all. Edited April 16, 2022 by Twang Gang

I get it says Tele style, but it looks like someone tried to make a fake Tele but messed up when applying the fake serial number. The neck looks like a Warmoth,

Those are as wrong as a Priest and an altar boy in a hot tub. 😬

Californiaman
It's not a Fender Tele. It does say, "Tele Style" guitar.
mihcmac
I sanded the logo off of my offshore Tele and signed it. Mine was a copy of an Indonesian Fender Edited April 22, 2022 by mihcmac
