bluefoxicy
What's the prettiest guitar finish you've ever seen? The pic Matiac has in his sig is pretty impressive; I'm not sure what finish that is but it's wonderful. I've also seen this one, which looks... awesome... http://www.warmoth.com/showcase/sc_guitar_bodies.cfm?type=guitar&itemNumber=LPCP145 (body.. find the rest of the parts and you can build a guitar) I've had my eyes on a color-changing Epi LP Studio Chameleon blue/green too; I hear the pictures don't do the finish justice. garyelcrrt1281733995
Anything amber on a quilt top. Though I have to admit I like that Warmoth, too.

metalhed717
depnds on the guitar for me... since i love SG's i'll pick the best for them. http://www.musiciansfriend.com/document?cpd=0OEY&doc_id=99371&base_pid=517265&index=2 i know, the pic doesn't do it great justice. the warmoth was amazing too, but better for one of the fancy schmancy guitars. for me its either heritage cherry or black mostly. Suicidehummer
My LP Ultra! ;) (There's no seam going down the middle, and the orange bursts farther inward than all the others I've seen)

bluefoxicy
suicidehummer, the grain on that's pretty. The coloring isn't my thing (I like blues, or really high contrast like vintage sunburst or black with white edges etc) but that's a really nice grain in the wood. Colors are great if you're into warmer ones though.

sexygibson
It may seem boring but I've always been partial to natural finishes.
Suicidehummer
Thanks, bluefoxicy. I didn't even know what was special about the Ultra when I bought it, but I liked the way it looked and played. I can't see the grain in the wood, unless you mean the carved parts of the maple top?
