andre66
and came out with a Epiphone WildKat! it had just been brought in by someone, the case had not even been put away when i scooped it up. My first electric guitar, now i have to decide on an amp and learn how to play it. I feel pretty good about buying a used guitar, just 325.00 with the case and it looks beautiful! dchale
HNGD! That's a nice looking guitar, I think it's much better than the Squier you were considering. Welcome to the forum!

Red 333
The Wildkat is one of the most unappreciated guitars. Congrats on getting yours--they're great. Â Red
MrSaint
Nice guitar, very cool "logo" on the head aswell (didn't know that they even did that type!).
Aymara
My first electric guitar ... Â Congrats. Â now i have to decide on an amp and learn how to play it. Â In the meantime have a look at the Line 6 Pocket Pod, which gives you multiple effects and can be used as a headphone amp too. I bought it together with my Epi Tribute 60 and love it. ladyscaglyc
The new Squiers are nice, and you can always get one later, but to walk in to a Wildkat, SCORE !
docmeister53
Hmmmm. Another option to consider.. Thought I finally had decided on a Casino of some type. Maybe less expensive Casino and Wildcat... No can't justify that.
Pennyman
Good work! Like others have said, you can always go back for another Squier, but the 'Kats don't seem to come around so often. I sure love mine - write back again after you've had a chance to "get to know her" and let us know what you think, the good and the bad, we'd love to hear it!
