8 hrs? are you cooking or cremating them? [blink]

slow cook em man, and prep time, actual cook time will be about 5 hours or so.

Look how the REAL rib places do it in the states, some places cook em forever, gotta get that smoke ring on the meat and it will just fall off the bone

i love ribs too, the only thing that bothers me is the meat gets stuck in between my teeth [cursing]

But later when those little shards of meet work themselves out, they make for a great little snack [thumbup]

I'm not really a big fan of ribs but I can't deny good ribs are pretty amazing.

I'm gettin hungry

I'm not a big fan of pork in general, but I can't beat some good barbecue. And I love to cook, so this is going to be great

I'm starving man, and it is a freaking monsoon outside my house, so cooking outside sucks right now

EDIT: PORK NOT PORN!!!! Damn my sloppy typing

Rub 'em, wrap 'em and put 'em in the oven on very low temp for a few hours, then finish them off on the grill.

Ribs 101.

This is actually the way I cook them, except I don't really need to put them on the grill. I follow the Alton Brown recipe, and it's excellent. I made them last night.

I love pork man. I love bacon, pulled pork, porkchops, carnitas, el pastor, all that stuff. I'm not a big beef fan though.

Who bbq's in the rain?

Bacon is the food of the gods, I like porkchops (only when I can grill em) and never had all that other stuff you said.

How can you not love beef? Burgers, steaks, its all good.

I barbecue in the rain, because I care. And because all of my gear is at my practice space right now, so no fuzzy goodness, so I have to do something wacky

Oh yeah dude. Bacon.

I like ground beef but I hate steak of any form except for thin, well cooked carne asada (covered in cilantro sorry).

I never leave my pedals or guitars anywhere. I might leave my amp depending on where it is.

Bacon, boobs and beer. The trifecta

The problem with most steaks is that they get overcooked. Carne Asada is delicious though. And you remembered I hate cilantro, thats sooooo cute [wub]

Well, its the unused office at my dad's shop, no one is gonna be there, and I didn't feel like packing up all my ****, all my drummer's ****, and my bassist's **** and try and fit that into my corolla. We have practice tomorrow then battle of the bands on Tuesday, so its only one day without it. I still have my Mini Tone Master though
