It's a Les Paul Classic Antique.

They are very nice guitars. There's a bit of a thread hereabouts with another one...

Here are a couple of links to the specs of the general Classic Antique from the other thread. I can't remember whether the one in the ad had a rosewood or an ebony 'board, though.

Should the trussrod cover not say Classic? Also, it appears as though the Classic Antique was only available in Wine Red, Honey Burst, Heritage Cherry Sunburst and Vintage Sunburst, and the pickups had no covers on them.

I want to know if theres any right handed players that play a left handed guitar? [thumbup]

Had a teacher years ago who played a RH guitar Lefthanded, but didn't re-string it like Hendrix..........

Guy was a wicked shredder.......and then what really blew me away was he'd flip it over and play it RH strung RH and shred just as hard........

I remember thinking "I can't do that on one side much less both"

No such thing

They didn't make LPs from 1961-1968. So this seller has his year wrong

pssst....sure they did. they just didn't look like the original Les Paul model and quickly had "Les Paul" removed from the headstock due to certain issues with Mr. Paul and his personal life. :-"
