Welcome, Bob

My mom's family came over from Scotland less than a hundred years ago.

Her mum married a fellow named John from Austria-Hungary, and they settled in West Virginia.

I am named for John.

Glad to have you here, and hoping that we are kin.

We both love guitars, so anything is possible.

:)

Hello there Bob, I'm a Scot who's been living down south for some years.

You'll pick up some good info here as well as having a few laughs!

Apart from Blindboygrunt's Oor Wullie impersonation of course. I suppose he can be forgiven seeing that he's a fellow Celt.

Welcome on board Bob. I also have a J-40, one of Martins hidden gems. You obviously have excellent taste. Now make sure a J-45 soon becomes best friends with your Martin.
