What I find funny is how hetro-macho metal was in the late 70s and early 80s and here's the lead singer of one of the most metal bands of all time and he's out there in full leather daddy gear and no one knew until the 90s. Long story short....Rob hit on him and asked to meet up after the show. *YUCK* No matter, I still love Priest. I mean, I thought he was a little squirrelly but that was only because he was a British rock singer. Almost all of them are a little odd - and they play it up for an image. Then I saw him sitting in a convertible during a parade on TV, and thought "Hey, isn't that What'shizname?" Turned out to be a Gay Pride parade. I had just seen his band Fight a month or two before that. My friends mother of all people told us. She knew a lot of people in "the business" so to speak. Even back then we all believed it but didn't care.
