WOW! 3000 posts

Didn't even notice I sailed right past a milestone here on the Gibby forum. A couple of crashes didn't make it any easier.

I discovered this sight back in 07 after I got my Epi Casino mainly just lurked and read all the interesting post.

It wasn't until I got my first Les Paul a Vintage Mahogany that I started posting. Thanks to all who have enlightened me over the last couple years. The wealth of knowledge here about all things Gibson is much appreciated. From the old timers (you know who you are) to the newbs, the opinions and experiences are always interesting.

Thanks

Cookie

So this post made me look at my own count. I hadn't noticed since I've been back how many I had and I don't remember how man I had when I left for a while. I think, like you said, some disappeared during the various crashes. I thought I had passed 3000 too, but I may have been mistaken.

Congrats Cookieman....and another round of plusses.......I guess those crashes required POST-op surgery...

It's not the number or size of the posts that matters, it's how you thread them...[thumbup]

Cookie, congratulations on the milestone.

Shred, I'm with you on the "+" BS. It might mean a little more if members weren't allowed to "+" themselves.

Its not even the plusses and minuses that bug me...that's fine - it doesn't mean anything anyway - dole out my one minus every day to myself....make no difference...its the posts from the people who feel the need to tell someone that THEY plussed em. Waste of a post!
