  1. Uline.com sells Guitar shipping Boxes cheap.... While that 28 is a sweet Guitar I’d have kept the 41 & played it... It’s just a Guitar...
  2. If my Aunt was a Man she’d be my Uncle..... so much for hypotheticals....
  3. I will post a review when I get my USA Casino & let you all know how it compares to the Terada built Casino’s which are flawless in looks, playability, craftsmanship & sound...
  4. Did you guys post your comparison Videos? I’m anxious to hear... I congratulate you on your NGD’s...
  5. I believe so.. Hopefully they are every bit as good as the Terada Casino’s. Arguably the Worlds Builder of the finest Crafted Production Guitars... I’ve had a Royal Tan USA Casino on Order for a year and a half....... The current date of availability is July...
  6. Put a set of Fralin, Lollar or Duncan P90’s & it will go from sounding good to sounding amazing! Awesome Guitar!
  7. Some of the best built Casino’s were built at Terada in Japan... Hope Epiphone reintroduces some new Terada Epi’s soon.
  8. I love it! You’re a lucky Man! Enjoy.
  9. For that kind of money I’d buy Vintage.....
  10. I’d rather see a few Reissues they don’t make anymore.... A Vintage Sunburst CF100-E, a Vintage Sunburst Reverse Firebird VII with Gold Hardware & Maestro & a Goldtop VOS ES Les Paul with P90’s & Bigsby... I’ll buy all 3....
  11. Apologies if I my point was unclear.. Basically, there were great Vintage Guitars & there were crap Vintage Guitars.. There were great later year Guitars & there were later year Guitars that were crap.. There are great new Guitars & there new Guitars that are crap... Even the same year, make & model can & do vary.. No 2 are exactly the same...... When you play a really good Guitar you will know...... It’s magic..
  12. The point is, you gotta try ‘em before you buy ‘em..... No matter what year...
  13. My 1959 Gibson ES345 sounded better than any of the many Guitars I’ve owned over the years & the thousands I have played.. It is not a myth.. My current 335 & LP’s sound almost as good... But, you do have to try them out... Not all Guitars are created equal... Old or New....
  14. The truth. There are great, good, not so good & bad Guitars... From every era. IMO, no 2 Guitars are exactly the same.. Although, modern Guitars are more consistent... If you could go out & try 3 LP’s from ‘59, ‘67, ‘97, ‘15 or 2021 you’ll find you like one of each better than the others.. Why? Who knows? It just is...
  15. Listened to some YouTube’s & those pups sound great... My 2013 Memphis ES335 has Classics which sound great also.. I think Gibson is building some really great higher end Guitars in recent years.. Some of their best!
  16. I agree. I pride myself in keeping my Guitars in excellent condition. I have trouble keeping my most played Guitars in their Case though.. It seems they close up in the Case & it takes a good amount of time to open up. Sound wise.. But, keeping it in the Case will prevent Greening... Congrats! I’ve been wanting a Scotty Moore ES295 too.. Awesome Guitars!
  17. And they’re pretty scarce... Like the recent discontinued ES Les Paul Goldtop VOS with P90’s & Bigsby.. Amazing Guitar & weighs 7 1/2 lbs... Ideal for us older dudes who no longer want to Sling 10 lb + Guitars....
  18. Just maintain excellent Quality Control...
  19. He did all right with a Tele! Fender, like Gibson, makes some really great Guitars.. I love my 40th Anniv. Strat, 69 RI Thinline Tele, AV65 Jazzmaster & AV65 Jaguar... All are completely different than my Gibsons.. Together I have an almost never ending palette of Sounds & Tones.. As well as some beautiful Works of Art..
  20. Beautiful shade of Red! What are calibrated Pickups? Not familiar with them.. Gibson has no shortage of Humbucker Pickups!
  21. With the millions of Guitars that exist today it’s impossible to know what the future Collector Guitars will be. Good Care & normal maintenance are essential for all Guitars.. You’ve got a great Guitar, you should play it & take good care of it but don’t let it own you... Let that Guitar know you own it.. Love it, Dig it & Play the heck out of it in the here & now. The future will be what the future will be... Enjoy.....
  22. That was the only one I saw too.. Very cool Guitar!
