Gonna be a nasty transition at the neck/body joint at best -
Can you get these over there? https://preval.com what are you gonna paint?

Do these have the Moog electronics? Cool looking guitars

2019 Les Paul - fingerprints under the finish

Duane I believe you live in SoCal and believe me we are blessed with weather lol -
The condition looks good enough from my house. I don’t think I could keep a guitar looking that good for that long to be honest. Then again pics can lie

One thing that makes me want Rabs to get this is that it isn’t a traditional LP and it probably isn’t all made out of mahogany with maple cap

Yep I was gonna say.. there are only 4 springs on a Les Paul so it shouldn’t be hard to track down if that’s the problem. Everything JDGM said is spot on. I’d add that none of this has anything to do with QC so lighten up on that poor guy lol -

Is the ABR-1 rattling or is it just a screw or something you can tighten down? Maybe a pickguard screw or something -

We’re on a plane flying over the middle of the ocean and the pilot suddenly dies. Good thing is planes have been around for a long time so anyone else in the plane will easily bring us to safety -

What’s wrong with your guitar? -
Probably not plug and play on an SG either. If it’s a batwing you’d need to do some routing and get a new pickguard. If it’s a half guard you’re looking at a P-94 or real ugly job

I think it’s probably more the opposite. By limiting the amount of data that the server is hosting the forum can sustain more members for a longer period of time. -
JDGM for what it’s worth I really enjoy looping on a Boss DD-7. It has more headroom than most loopers and the delay itself is excellent

This looks like the kind that came on some Epiphones https://reverb.com/p/epiphone-olympic-with-maestro-1963-1970

Request fingerprints from the reverb seller and run a cross analysis on that biatch 🧐 -
I recommend Wildwood guitars if you’re buying online in the US. I’m a very satisfied customer

Hope it all works out Rabs!! This thing is insanely beautiful

Attempted Guitar Theft At Guitar Center

Anyway there may have been a missed opportunity to be more woke. Instead of worrying about the spam bot’s nonexistent aunt, we could complain that the spam bot’s sole purpose is to profit off people who suffer from mental disorders (anxiety is not a disease) -

Even if it’s a spam bot? -
I decided earlier today that your name stands for “russ trod cover” One thing that to me suggests it’s actually vintage is the small roundover. All the double cut reissues I’ve seen tend to have the big roundover but I could of course be wrong. It would be in really good shape if it’s original especially the Les Paul model silkscreen which is above the clear coat.. it looks like there might be a few dings through the finish on the top near the lower strap button to me it really screams vintage or high end custom shop in either case it’s a guitar worth some money and worth maintaining
-
You will almost always see a pickguard on a set neck guitar that doesn’t have a neck pickup. They need to cover up the neck joint which extends past the fretboard
-
As far as straps I like these https://www.couchguitarstraps.com any of the ones that are vinyl backed are comfy and they’re a good value with lots of different styles. Even my wife has bought a camera strap from them the amp that would have originally come with this guitar is basically the same as a fender champ. A fender champ would be a great amp to pair with this

Woah that looks like a 58 or so Jr. We should try to get some more info to figure out what it is because it could be really valuable rct what makes you think it’s not original? Because off the top of my head I see the single ply black trc, correct tuners and bushings, slanted uncompensated tailpiece, the small roundover would suggest it is probably an earlier double cut. The finish looks like the old school analine dye pore filler its either a custom shop reissue or an original 50s from my initial guess. Either way it’s an expensive guitar. If you guys don’t know how to take proper care of this it might be best to buy a cheaper guitar to start out with and hold onto this one to eventually grow into. Or you could sell it and buy virtually any guitar your daughter wants with the money again we need more info but first glance it is a stunning guitar to inherit

I’d love to! The one thing I’d miss the most if I lived in New England would be Mexican food. I tell my wife if we moved somewhere like that and opened up an authentic Mexican restaurant it would be wildly successful
