First of all' date=' the country would be called California, and we can't drill in Mexico until it's part of California. But we'd put a stop to your Angle Drilling into Old Mexico, so there goes Texas' Economy. It's OK with me, I don't have anything against the citizens of Mexico, I'm not a flagrant racicst.

 

Hollywoods not a state of mind, its an industry, and Industry that's moved to Cananda. The Mentalitly you refer to is called "Trendy" by Californians and exists in New York, L.A., Dallas, Seattle, and just about any other Big Commerce City in America. It's easy to blanket a State with a word like Hollywood, but look at the Big Haired Rich Ladies in Dallas who tuck a toy poodle under their arm and hit the Rich shops. Looks a lot like what you'd call Hollywood. You're talking about a State that has Yosimite, red Woods, Lake Tahoe, Bug Sur, The Bread Basket. (Do you realize we don't need to import any food products from the rest of the U.S.), Valleys, Mountains, Wet Lands, Grass Lands, Deserts, you name it we got it, and it's world class. I understand your thinly masked envy. This is a Great and Beautiful State, I've driven through Texas, I'm sorry about the humidity.[/quote']

The 14th Amendment Has Been Lost In The Socialist Bureaucracy

 

There are five sections to the 14th Amendment, only the first has anything to do with being born on American soil.

It reads as follows;

 

1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

 

Being born on our soil makes you a citizen from your first breath.

That should never change, but if your mother got here illegally, she goes home like everybody else.

As much as I would like to toss out every border baby born to an illegal mother, the Amendment clearly states this is not allowed.

On the other hand, if your mother truly wants opportunity for you, she can leave you here and go home alone. There are no extended or conditional provisions in the law applying to family members, no preference is suggested for them, and nothing in the entire Amendment even mentions it.

Case closed.

 

You can be adopted by one of thousands of affluent American couples unable to bear their own children. They spend millions every year in pursuit of a baby. Think of the economic, educational and social advantages before you. You can avoid the whole ‘hood/slum/barrio thing and become a contributing member of society after you graduate from college. You too could give up 45% of every dollar you make to feed the governments’ crusade to limit more of your rights and curtail your personal freedom.

This would eliminate a huge incentive to enter the U.S. on the sly.

 

We have to eliminate the insane number of “border births” that are bleeding our hospitals out of business and robbing social programs of their ability to help OUR people get on their feet. Some estimates are well in excess of 300,000 babies born in the U.S. to illegal mothers. Enforcing the law without fail is a must.

 

If all of this is too complicated or unsavory for an illegal mother mother to decide on, there's always another option.

Take your baby home with you to Mexico or Central America. There are no U.S. federal laws to prevent it.

You're free to go - and avoid prosecution, detention and deportation.

I was born there, and rarely went back.

Most of my family is from Texas, I spent 15 years there myself.

I'm in Arizona, and I've had it up to HERE with all the SoCal B.S.

 

When there are only two lanes on I-10, I-8 or I-40, why do all the cars with California plates INSIST on driving in the left lane? No matter how fast or slow, no matter what kind of piece of sh!t they're driving/towing, no matter how many suitcases are piled on the roof, and including 18-wheelers - what the hell is behind the death grip they have on the left lane?

 

Pass 'em on the right, they speed up to cut you off - then get skeered and slow down again.

 

Don't even get me started on their politics and the sh!t that they try to pull with our kids in school.

 

I LOVE being at the gun shows and seeing the young gang-bangers whip out their cash and driver's license to buy a handgun, only to hear the dealer say "California license? No can do Dude...."

 

They lean back in the aisle, make a big production "Are you for reals, Man?!!!"

 

Hey, it's YOUR state that passed the law, not Arizona.

I can sell long guns to people with a California license, but I refuse.

 

Screw 'em.

 

After the letters I got from California when I got my FFL in Arizona, dictating how I would run my business to suit THEM, I wrote a scalding letter back and sent their 100 pages of BS back with it.

Told 'em I was helping the environment by sending all their forms back to 'em - so they could stick 'em up their ***.

Brian Williams of NBC did a report tonight on Mexican Americans. They are the fastest growing demographic in the US.

In the mid-nineties, they overtook the blacks as the largest minority in Houston.

What an ugly uproar THAT caused!

Combined, they finally outnumbered the whites - just like so many other large American cities.

Add 70,000 Katrina "victims" to Houston in 2005, and boy howdy....

 

Higher taxes, higher crime, more protests - even Redneck Houston was getting over-run.

Hey, my family owns a Vacation Cabin Rental Agency, if you ever want to visit the Beautiful California Mountains, go somewhere else, 'cause I also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. It's nice to hear you're willing to fuel an Arizona Gang Problem, thatks for keeping the guns out of our Gang Members hands. I assume you make sure there Gang Members, not just Americans with Brown Skin. But I forget, Conservative don't know theres a difference.

I do private sales by appointment' date=' I CHOOSE my customers.

Most of them work in the nuke industry, by the time the NRC and FBI are done with them, and they got their Arizona CCW (which supersedes federal law due to being so strict) I don't really worry about them not passing the required NICS screening.

Of course, being in California, what would you know about real world, personal responsibility, and accountability for your actions?

1 in 5 adults there are illegal, and you wanna give then driver's licenses!

 

Exactly why I choose to business with nobody in your state.

Everybody gets sued for everything there - even in the power generation and transmission business.

Contract? Meet my attornies....

 

I know lotsa people who live there, been around the state enough to appreciate the beauty (what's left) and came home.

No, just realistic. California's Economy is much Larger and we'd have the Military Might. And you wouldn't Give Us Away, We'd Leave and if Mexico wants, it can come along. that's the way Nation Building works, right. You consevatives know all about Nation Building. Isn't that what we're doing in Iraq, or was it those Pesky WMD's?

No I don't wanna give them Drivers Licences. Didn't you notice we kicked Grey davis to the Curb. I'm not a Blue Plate Special Democrat. I'm a Democrat because there's more tolerance within the party. If you notice a Tatoo of a Crusifix on someone that fits your description, they may very well be a choir boy. But your last point is valid to a certain extent. I've been to Gun Shows in Arizona, a lot of my family live around Pheonix, and I wasn't Gun Running. If I'd known I was being treated like a second class citizen I wouldn't have been so polite.

I have read several articles on how the Mexican government is on the verge of collapse. The drug dealers now have a better military than the government does. Looks like to me the US will probably end up having to intervene. Mexico could become the next US states. Ironically , did you know that it is felony in Mexico to be an illegal immigrant? They throw you in prison down there for that.

I should be recoiling (no gun pun intended) in fear, but I find the readings and interruptions of the 14th amendment by both Neo and KSG to be sound and valid. Not that you two would want or appreciate my validation. Just saying.
