Way to many for me to pick  favorite, a few come to mind (more will come when I hit submit)

“Na Na Hey Hey Kiss Him Goodbye” - Steam

"Mother-in-law" - Ernie K-Doe

“TSOP (The Sound of Philadelphia)” - MFSB

"Stay" - Maurice Williams and the Zodiacs

"Relax" - Frankie Goes to Hollywood

"Turn The Beat Around" - Vicki Sue Robinson

"Rocking Pneumonia and the Boogie Woogie Flu" - Huey 'Piano' Smith and the Clowns

"Don't Leave Me This Way" - Thelma Houston

"Maniac" - Michael Sembello

"Me and Mrs. Jones" -  Billy Paul

"Hurt" - Timi Yuro

"Play That Funky Music" - Wild Cherry

"Yeh Yea" - Georgie Fame and the Blue Flames

"Love Letters" - Ketty Lester

That's a good start...

Franke Goes to Hollywood had a lot more hits than Relax, there's The Power of Love, Welcome to the Pleasuredome and Two Tribes which is notable  for it's video which was very topical at the time:

Perhaps in the UK, but here in the USA "Relax" was all I heard on the radio.

Here's one I forgot until now. When we covered this in the late 60s, during the 2-beat 'psychedelic' part I took my boot off and played the Farfisa organ with my foot. Complete BS but good showmanship. People were impressed I could play with my foot, musicians knew it was slop and glissandos. I was just a kid having a good time goofing off one day and when it was a crowd pleaser I made it part of the show.

Psychotic Reaction - Count 5

"Eve Of Destruction" - Barry McGuire.

This could be a hit again today - still relevant -  if covered by the right person!

Probably not this version, then - which, somewhat unaccountably, was essential playing at practically every student party I ever attended...
