Legislators are looking into a ban on all sexual activity. The scientific community will be able to take advantage of years of work and research investigating artificial insemination and genetic engineering. A leading government official was quoted as saying "The ban on sexual activity will once and for all rid the world of this repugnant act and improve the society in which we live".
