I've always wanted one like this. And it's great to finally have one. Thanks for the suggestions about the knobs. But believe it or not, I kind of like the gold/amber knobs. I know that most people don't, but I guess I'm just different. Maybe it's because my high school colors were blue and gold? That just now hit me. Anyway, I'll give it some thought. (IF I can't find a good used "sparkletop") Granted, someday her (our) neice will inherit the collection, whether she plays or not, but i'm sure enjoying it while i'm here.
