canon_mutant
Ann may be the greatest rock and roll singer that has ever lived. +100000 on Ann Also, got a killer slow melodic electric guitar solo [Gilmour-esc] that blends SO well with Nancy's tail end acoustic to this song. Only in my deepest fantacies will I ever play it with her . . . Hey, a man can dream can't he? Oh, I've played it with other dudes but it just ain't the same! charlie brown
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EY0_oVV29PM Unique and immediately recognizable voice, and she wrote this beautiful song, as well! Nothing "Middle Of The Road," about this girl! CB

milod
I almost hate to admit this before this company <grin>, but add the English words in this version... know the story and... Much as I love the folkies, country singers, rockers and I was certainly among them... this is a female vocalist above the crowd. Could she do Julie London or Baez or Ella? I dunno. But... this is one of my favorites - and I hope sincerely that politics stays out of at least this one bit of art. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3SA2KsY0ZRI&feature=related
