And even then, memberships change, some people disappear, some new people show up, and sometimes the flavor changes from what it was when we first arrived. C'est la vie. I suppose the question some of us might ask ourselves is , "What is it that I really want out of something like this?". Same with Facebook, Twitter, and all the other Internet nonsense. bonzoboy Posted June 17, 2011 Share Posted June 17, 2011 After playing many genres over 40 years both for personal enjoyment and professionally,I consider myself a pretty rounded guitarist.What is it to you to get your panties in a knot if other people don't diversify their own playing styles?Certainly I don't get someone being into nothing but thrash metal but I doubt very much that I'll don a black arm band and go into mourning because it bothers me so much.If little things like that get you flustered I hate to see what you'll be like when your Mommy cuts the apron strings and you have to deal with the real world.
