Izzy
@ Jon S THAT was awesome! I took a moment to look at Michael Jackson vids...it was his B-day a couple days ago AND he always had a place for awesome ROCK guitar in his 80s and 90s songs. Need I say, "Beat It?" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ym0hZG-zNOk

bonzoboy
Bach's Greatest Organ Works-Peter Hurford. It's an unbelievable album,Hurford's manual dexterity and footwork with the bass pedals is astounding.BTW the organist of Iron Butterfly was the son of a church organist and the intro of Inna Gadda Da Vida was inspired by a Bach fugue.

Doug Ingle was one of the original from Iron Butterfly. Fantastic on keyboards. A good voice for vocals also. Bach's Toccata And Fugue in D minor. Didn't sound bad in the baptism scene in "Godfather".

JamGuy
What else... Grateful Dead 10/17/83. Just wrapped up set one with a smokin' Deal. Even though Jerry sounded like a muppet when he pushed his voice in the early 80's, I love it. Set 2 is opening up with Touch of Grey... good stuff.
